Account deletion must start in the Dream Dress app.

You must initiate Dream Dress account deletion from inside the iPhone app. Open your profile, choose Delete Account, and confirm the request.

This public page exists so App Store users can review the deletion policy and understand what happens next.

When your deletion request is completed, we aim to remove your account profile, uploaded source photos, generated try-on history, favorites, and related app data from our active records.

We may retain limited information when required by law, to enforce legal obligations, or to protect against fraud or abuse.

Deletion may not always be instantaneous. If processing takes additional time, Dream Dress should confirm that the request was received and complete it within a commercially reasonable period.

Deleting your Dream Dress account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription.

If you have an active subscription, cancel it separately through Apple’s subscription management settings to avoid future renewal charges.
