Terms of Use for Dream Dress.

These Terms of Use govern your access to the Dream Dress website and iPhone app made available by Pillar Technology LLC.

By accessing or using Dream Dress, you agree to these Terms of Use and to any additional disclosures presented in the app, including subscription, billing, and purchase terms shown through Apple’s purchase flow where applicable.

You may use Dream Dress only for lawful personal use. You are responsible for information associated with your account and for activity that occurs through your use of the service.

You may not misuse Dream Dress, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected systems except where prohibited by law, or use the product in a way that violates another person’s rights or applicable law.

You are responsible for the photos and other content you upload to Dream Dress, and you should only submit content you own or have the legal right to use.

You may not upload content that is unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or otherwise harmful. We may restrict or remove content or access where reasonably necessary to protect the service or comply with legal obligations.

Dream Dress is intended to help you preview bridal styles. You remain responsible for decisions you make based on uploaded content, generated results, and saved favorites.

Dream Dress includes AI-generated try-on functionality. Outputs are generated automatically and may vary in realism, fit, body positioning, color rendering, image quality, and consistency.

Generated results are provided for inspiration and planning support only. They are not a guarantee of exact appearance, fabric behavior, fit, tailoring outcome, designer inventory, or dress availability.

We may update, tune, replace, or remove AI features as the product evolves.

If Dream Dress offers paid subscriptions or premium access, purchases are processed through Apple’s in-app purchase system unless expressly stated otherwise in the app.

Apple manages billing, renewal timing, cancellation controls, and related purchase settings through your App Store account. Refund requests and related payment issues are generally governed by Apple’s policies and purchase flow.

Deleting your Dream Dress account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. You must manage or cancel subscriptions separately through Apple if you want billing to stop.

You may stop using Dream Dress at any time. You may also initiate account deletion inside the app through the Delete Account flow.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Dream Dress if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, created risk for the service or other users, or if we need to comply with legal obligations.

We may retain limited information after account closure or deletion where allowed or required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or security purposes.

Dream Dress is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect results, or that the service will always be error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, Pillar Technology LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pillar Technology LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to Dream Dress.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to Dream Dress will not exceed the amount you paid to Dream Dress for the applicable service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars, whichever is greater.

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features of Dream Dress as the product evolves.

We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we may update the effective date and post the revised version on this website.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

To the extent a dispute is permitted to proceed in court, you and Pillar Technology LLC agree to submit to the state or federal courts located in Virginia, subject to applicable law.

If you access Dream Dress through an iPhone app distributed through Apple, Apple is not responsible for the service itself, maintenance, support, or claims relating to the app except as required under applicable law.

If no separate custom EULA is provided in App Store Connect, Apple’s standard end-user license agreement may also apply to the iPhone app distribution.
